Refund & Returns Policy​

Shipping

Our skincare products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure maximum freshness and potency, please allow 1-3 days for us to receive and process your order.

Delivery is free and we currently only ship within the UK. We ship orders via royal mail and all orders will be signed for. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery as a general guide, as delays can sometimes occur that are outside of our control.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our business and the highest standards of hygiene, we do not accept or provide any returns or refunds on any used or opened products.

If for any reason you have changed your mind on your purchase we will offer a full refund on your product providing the product is unused, unopened and in its original condition.

To start a return please email us hello@leoniebotanics.co.uk, the return needs to be returned to us within 5 working days. Items sent back to us without contacting us first will not be accepted. You will be responsible for the costs of your return and we would recommend using trackable or signed for delivery as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item for untracked shipments.

In the case of any damaged or defective items in your order please send a detailed email and photographs to hello@leoniebotanics.co.uk no later than 2 days after delivery and we will assess the defect and issue with a replacement of the item immediately. This does not include indentations or damages made to the exterior box during shipping. This only includes the primary item (product).

We will examine the returned product and notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund.
